Role Description:
The one who moderates the server, making sure the player experience is at its best.
Responsibilities:
- Moderate the server with consistency and fairness.
- Log at least 30 active hours a week. You choose when the hours are scheduled, but you must attend the hours you choose.
- Entertain & chat with the players and aim for players enjoying your company.
- Helping others when they have questions or concerns, often linking to the website wiki
- Answering Discord tickets
Required Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years old or older, have a microphone, and be located in either NA or EU timezones. (This goes for all roles)
- Have spent at least 100 hours on the server.
- Able to moderate without bias and maturity to not take things personal.
- Can communicate clearly with both colleagues and players.
Desired Qualifications:
- Have spent at least 250 hours on the server.
- Able to give honest feedback and suggestions
